Communicate.
Inspiration for my Spiritual Art and Sound Healing Sessions stem from every-day negative and positive interactions. I call them transferable duality occurrences: a lending hand, an encouraging smile, a wave hello, a biased remark.
Spiritual art-making has a process with its own language and intuitive messages. It begins subconsciously until it forms a conscious reality visually to viewers and clients. My personal message is scattered, indecisive, and always searching through a healing journey... What is the deeper meaning. What is my message. Thoughts wander over every day details and nothing. Emotions are my primary materials: confusion, despair, joy, anxiousness, anger, acceptance. The work is not complete until I’ve exhausted those materials.
I trust the work to do my conceptual talking to you...
The human mind repeats its thoughts just as nature continues its cycle of evolution.
In times of tragedy, questions become answers to reason.
The body may be healed in the sterile walls of a hospital. An artist can only heal through creating art.
Destruction/Reconstruction, Birth/Death, Regeneration/Decomposition, Remembering/Forgetting.
Art is life's duality. What was before us is around us still, as we look ahead.
impermanence to the visuals... endless permutations...
